This monthly training plan is custom built for your training needs based on Connor Winters' favorite workouts coming back from achilles surgery and taking 6 months off of running and starting back with Walk/Jog training.

Training Plan Specifications

- 4 weeks of training based on your custom needs based on runner survey.

- Training plan is built using professional runners' favorite workouts leading up to their breakout race.

- Training plans are powered by RunDNA training platform.

- Plans will be billed monthly (minimum of 3 months)
